My experience with First Thomasville Realty and Susan Bennett was about as good as it can get. Called Susan initially as two of the homes we wanted to tour were listed by her. From there, she was extremely knowledgeable about local inventory, extremely pleasant and accommodating, and extremely honest and forthright as to her opinions and thoughts pertaining to every home we looked at and how it matched (or didn’t match) to our needs. I want to underscore that she was honest with her thoughts/opinions any time I asked regardless of the price of a home and/or if she was the listing agent of a particular home. This was very refreshing and very helpful. Lastly, and probably one of the biggest benefits of working with Susan, her knowledge of local contractors, vendors and businesses is strong. If you are thinking of buying a home that needs work done to it, especially if you’re from out of town, but don’t like the stress associated in trying to find the “best” plumber, the “best” handy man, the “best” electrical person, etc., just ask Susan. She knows everybody in this regard and at every budget level. In the end, we found a unique home for our season of life and know it was Susan’s efforts that put us there. We most likely would have not found the house and/or got the deal we got without Susan’s help. How important is that?
